Water is one of our most sacred relatives and a vessel of life itself. In our cultures, we have many names for her that speak to the importance of our connection. Denver is currently experiencing one of the most severe droughts in over a decade, and our community in Globeville and Elyria-Swansea faces even greater pressure due to environmental extraction and pollution. Now more than ever it's important for us to have conversations around water and hydration amongst community. Join us for Part 1 of a 3-part series where we reconnect with water and explore ways to deeply nourish and strengthen/prepare our bodies for this time of drought.
This is a FREE class and all-ages are welcome! Bring your family or your grandchildren to learn about water and proper hydration in GES! We would love to create a multigenerational space!
