Guided conversations around healing & traditional medicine

In a world where mainstream healthcare is structured around profit, we want to co-create spaces for something deeper: collective care, traditional practice, and intergenerational knowledge-sharing. These conversations affirm that healing is not just individual—it is deeply rooted in community practice.

We believe traditional healing is a form of autonomy and freedom—a way to care for ourselves and each other outside of systems that have historically devalued our bodies, our knowledge, and our ways. Whether rooted in herbs, ceremony, movement, or memory, these practices are acts of resistance, restoration, and belonging.

Each Tea Talk is an invitation to listen, to share, and to strengthen the channels of healing that already exist within us.
